If you wish to be treated in our establishment you only have to contact us by e-mail. The email must include the medical report of your attending physician, the exams, as well as the analyses. You will receive a reply within a period of no more than 48 hours. We will send you details of your stay including the nature of the treatment, the proposed treatment, the duration of your stay and the cost of your treatments.
You will be greeted at the airport by a friendly agent who will accompany you to the Clinic in conditions of comfort and security.
Documents to be presented at the reception desk:
- Recent medical documents in your possession: prescriptions or a list of your medications, X-rays, blood test results, etc.
- Any correspondence from your doctor
- Administrative documents: identity document, care protocol "patient section", proof of residence, etc.
The receptionist will give you your circulation sheet specifying the schedule of your appointments for the day and will take the necessary steps to confirm the validation of your treatment.
Once your treatment has been organized by our international department, you will be assigned to a department specialized in the treatment of the pathology. You will be monitored by a referring doctor who will ensure the consistency and smooth running of your treatment. Depending on your pathology, you may consult several doctors, but they will always remain in contact with your attending physician.
Physiotherapy sessions are provided if it is also necessary to visit the SPA and Center Clinic wellness center. Our rehabilitation and medical SPA center is at your disposal to relax and finish your stay comfortably.
Our reception agents will always be available for our patients and can be reached by phone and by mail for any assistance or coordination between the different services throughout the patient's journey, before, during and after admission.
If your pathology does not require a hospital room, we will put you in contact with agencies to choose a classic or personalized hotel offer. You can indeed, benefit from a hotel reception during your treatment.
Specific accommodation is also offered to the companions of our international patients.
To make your stay more pleasant, patient lounges are available in certain departments.
An adapted catering service is offered to patients, taking into account current treatments, possible side effects, as well as patients' tastes and religious beliefs. This offer highlights fresh, labeled products (organic, red label, etc.) and cooked on site. The choice is varied and customizable.
We accept the following methods of payment: by bank transfer before your arrival, also payment on arrival at the Clinic in cash, credit card or certified checks is accepted. We make the procedure easy and you will be only satisfied!
At the end of your stay at the Clinic, and before your departure, go to the International Department Secretary in order to get your complete medical report and discuss the rest of your journey, particularly in the context of the organization of your return to your country of residence.
A visit to nearby places can be organized. We accompany you during a discovery tour of the region's famous monuments.
The follow-up of your state of health is ensured remotely in collaboration with our partners in your countries of residence.
